aitoolista.com is an editorial directory of AI tools. We publish overviews, reviews, comparisons, and related content. We are not the vendor of listed third-party products unless explicitly stated.

3. Accounts

You may create an account via /AI_Tools/public/register and sign in via /AI_Tools/public/login.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or abuse the platform (spam, scraping, fraud).
You must be capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law (in Germany typically 18+, or with guardian consent where required).

4. User content

Reviews, comments, and profile content you submit must be lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer of warranties (tool information)

Information about listed AI tools (including names such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, pricing, features, and availability) is provided “as is” for general informational purposes. Vendor offerings change frequently. We do not warrant completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 6. Affiliate disclosure

aitoolista.com is reader-supported. Some “Visit” buttons and outbound links use our redirect endpoint /AI_Tools/public/go/{id}. If you click those links and later purchase or register, we may earn an affiliate commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial standards; rankings and reviews remain our independent assessment unless otherwise labeled.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: reverse engineer or overload the service; circumvent security; harvest personal data; use bots beyond reasonable automated access we expressly allow; or use the site to distribute malware or unlawful content.
